Green Homes
Our Green Home Kit was created in response to many requests for a kit that can be a major part of a complete green home project, and can be owner-built. Our Green Home kit uses features, designs and materials that will gain points towards certification of your whole building project to the National Green Building Standard. Barn-Houses
The Barn-House is our largest home kit, and offers the most options for customization and creative floor plans. Our Barn-House kit is available in 1 ½ and 2-story models, in widths from 16' to 26', and lengths up to 64'. We can even design them in a Tee or Ell formation. We will work with you to create the ideal house for you, including unique floor plans, cathedral ceilings, dormers, custom ceiling heights, porches, decks and many window, door, roofing and siding options.

Post & Beam Lofthouses
Lofthouse® kits are typically smaller than Barn-House kits. The Lofthouse kit was developed in the 1970's with an assortment of add-on modules, which can be easily and affordably added at any time in the future. Those modules include Extensions, to make the Lofthouse longer, and Decks, Porches and Lean-To’s, which can be added to any side of the Lofthouse.

Unit One® Cabins & Houses
The Unit One is a one story 12' X 12' cabin kit, which has been in continuous production since 1970. The Unit One kit can be used as a stand-alone cabin, or it can be combined at any time, in almost unlimited configurations, with more Unit Ones, Decks, Porches, or Enclosed Porches to create a larger building.

Barns, Garages & Workshops
Our classic Barn/Garage kit is available in widths from 16' to 36', and in lengths up to 64'. It can be built in a Tee or Ell formation, and can be customized in many ways to meet your requirements. We offer loft floor openings, higher ceilings, many door and window size and location options, cupolas, etc. Whatever your need, we will work to make your Barn kit meet your requirements.
