We offer truly custom-designed house kits. We can work from your plans, or work with you to design a home that meets your specific requirements. We can design a one-story, 1 1/2 story, or two-story house, including ranches, capes, colonials, etc. Any kit can be designed and produced as a Green Home.
Our kits are designed so you can start out small, and add porches, decks or a custom designed addition, at any time. We have created many add-ons for customers over the years.
Barn-Houses
The Barn-House is our most popular model, and offers many options for customization and creative floor plans. Our Barn-House kit is available in 1 ½ and 2-story models, in widths from 16' and up, and lengths up to 64'. We can even design them in a Tee or Ell formation. We will work with you to create the ideal house for you, including unique floor plans, cathedral ceilings, dormers, custom ceiling heights, porches, decks and many window, door, roofing and siding options.

One-Story Cabins & Houses
The Unit One is a one story 12' X 12' cabin kit, which has been in continuous production since 1970. The Unit One kit can be used as a stand-alone cabin, or it can be combined at any time, in almost unlimited configurations, with more Unit Ones, Decks, Porches, or Enclosed Porches to create a larger building.
