With our many models and customization options, we can easily meet your needs for a small cabin, a vacation home, or a primary home. In most cases, we can design and produce a custom kit for a one or two-story home, based on your plans and ideas. We can produce ranch houses, colonials, capes, and more. We offer a wide range of precut, custom cabin, cottage and house kits, from 144 s.f. to 3000 s.f.+, all designed for assembly by people with no prior building experience. Choose between our Shelter-Kit® Green Home, Barn-House or Unit One® models, or your own design. Our kits are available with optional Shelter-Kit Porches, Decks and additions of all sizes, all of which can be easily added at any time-now, or in the future.
