The Gordon- This kit was first built in the New Hampshire White Mountains as a vacation retreat,
but it will work well in almost any location as a full-time or seasonal home, or as an ADU. Its
compact design allows for an open room, with additional space for a full bathroom and a
kitchen. The loft provides additional space. The porch provides 192 square feet of additional
seasonal living space, but the kit is available without the porch, or a deck in place of the porch.
While the photos show our optional metal roof, we include our architectural asphalt roof, as is
standard with all our kits.
