The Alice Kit - $43,900

The Alice Kit is 430 square foot L shaped cabin with a shed roof. This kit was first built in Indiana as a full-time residence a few years ago. It has been a popular plan since we added it to our website and Facebook page. At 432 square feet, it offers one bedroom & one bath. This house works well for one or two people as a seasonal or full-time residence. Offering two small decks for additional outdoor living, the style is very similar to the small shed roof kits we first produced in 1970. This simple, contemporary design will fit in anywhere. There are eight pre-cut rough openings for doors and windows.
