OUR PROCESS
Our process starts with a phone call or email and ends with the gratifying feeling of successfully building your own home, cabin, cottage, garage, or other structure!
We meet with you to determine your requirements, budget, and desired project timing.
1. INITIAL MEETING
One of our designers will meet with you to discuss the details of your project, working out your floor plan and the specific design features you want—including the size of your structure, floor levels, and number of bedrooms and bathrooms. From here, we can give you an accurate project budget.
2. DESIGN IDEAS AND BUDGET
We create the floor plans, elevations, structural details, and foundation plans you need to get subcontractor estimates for the rest of your project and financing from your bank.
3. DRAWINGS AND FLOOR PLANS
Once you have approved your design and placed your order, we create a detailed 3-D CAD model of your home or structure. This is when your project starts coming to life!
4. 3-D MODEL
Drawings created from the 3-D Model are included in a detailed construction manual. As you read through the manual, you will work through the corresponding material and supply bundles that make up your kit.
5. CONSTRUCTION MANUAL
We offer ongoing support to ensure the success of your project.
