Our 1.5 story Douglas house kit comes equipped with a large hip roof porch, 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and an open loft. This design allows for the comfortable addition of a loft bathroom, and more space on both floors, while retaining the important cathedral ceiling over part of the large great room. This kit works well as a full-time or seasonal home.
