The Parker Plan
The Parker Kit is a 16' X 24' cabin or utility building. The first floor interior space is 345 square feet. The "useable" space in the loft is about 58 square feet - where there is at least 5' of headroom under the rafters.
This particular building has a half loft and the space would be doubled by closing the open ceiling in the front half. The 5' headroom rule is from the building code and really shouldn't apply here as the space is too small to be considered as occupied space.
The Gordon Kit is similar in size though the loft is larger as the loft floor is full sized and it does show a small bath and stair.
