The Russell Kit - $99,900

The Russell Plan is a 1 1/2-story gable roof house, with a partial open loft, and about 1,100 square feet of living space. The loft can serve as a large bedroom, common area or office. There is an 8' deep porch that wraps around from one 24' side, to the adjacent 32' side. Sixteen rough-openings and two stair kits are included.

The original Russell was built on an island off the coast of Washington, and sits on the same property as one of our 24’ X 32’ garage/apartment kits. The kit has been built in several other locations. The house has a large common/great room with cathedral ceilings and a nice first-floor master suite. The porch adds a lot of outdoor living space.
